A professional relationship with Numerax is created only after we confirm the scope of work, fees, and you sign an engagement letter or contract. Fees, Payment & Cancellations
Fees for services are described in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice. We may withhold deliverables for unpaid invoices. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your engagement letter.
